Spiritual Well-Being

If you have a sense of connection to something larger and more meaningful than yourself, it can be helpful in times of stress and hardship. Spiritual well-being is best defined by each person, whether you turn to traditional culture, an organized religion, or to a higher power in a more personalized way.

Some themes many people may have in common include:

  • Relaxation
  • Taking time to commune with nature
  • Reflecting deeply on oneself
  • Feeling spiritually connected with others who share our belief systems

So whether your church is an established religion with a building, or is found on a hike through canyon country, take some time to nurture your spiritual side.
