Navajo Taco

2 medium tomatoes – diced

2 medium onions – diced

1 can black olives- diced or whole

½ pound shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups of chopped lettuce

4 pieces of frybread

2 cups of cooked pinto beans

Shredded ground chile peppers (optional)


Put frybread on plate. Put other ingredients on top of fry bread starting with beans.

Note: Commonly eaten with chile or chile sauce/salsa.
